Clifden Film Society is honoured to present this screening of ‘John Behan: Odyssey’ (2024). This documentary explores the life and prolific career of John Behan, widely considered to be Ireland’s most famous living sculptor. The film chronicles his artistic evolution from Dublin’s inner city to his travels in Athens, highlighting his lifelong commitment to social justice, displacement and emigration.
